Password Reset


Your Alfaisal password is the password associated with your University email address that unlocks many secure resources at the University such as Email, E-learning, Library,e-Forms and many student services.

In order to reset your password, you must use our change password link given below.

Note: If your email is ahmed@alfaisal.edu please enter complete email address

New password minimum length is 8 characters and must meet the minimum requirements in polices including;

  • It must contain at least one character from the following group of characters
  • Uppercase letters (A-Z)
  • Lowercase letters (a-z)
  • Numbers (0-9)
  • Symbols (!@#$%^&...)
  • Do not use any of your past passwords.
  • Don’t use characters which match 3 or more consecutive characters of your username
